Shiftr provides on-site vehicle detailing services for individuals, businesses, and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, location access, and scheduling confirmation.
Service descriptions on this website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Specific services, pricing, and scope of work will be confirmed at the time of booking or through a written service agreement.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and ensuring reasonable access to vehicles at the scheduled service time. Shiftr is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access, inaccurate information, or site restrictions.
4. Payment
Payment terms, pricing, and billing methods will be disclosed at the time of booking or within a written service agreement. Payment is due as agreed. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe specified at booking or in the applicable service agreement. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to fees.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Shiftr is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, mechanical issues, or defects unrelated to the performance of detailing services. Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after service.
Any concerns related to service quality or vehicle condition must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiftr’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Shiftr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
